Did you ever feel it not providing any engine braking on the over-run , or poor acceleration ?
Both, Jan & myself, drove car regularly, & there was no ‘pre-warning’ at all.

There’s no friction material on the flywheel side at all :o :!:

So, with a few days off, going to see if I can get to the bottom of the problem. Made a start on removing the gearbox, doing what I can under bonnet, starter motor etc Gearbox off tomorrow, find out what’s wrong Pop over to CPT , Saturday to collect the spare clutch Sunday, to put it all back togeth...

Is there a new bit of draught excluder, that goes around the air intake to seal it against the underside side of the bonnet :?:

If you have a KLZE engine (very unlikely) you need Square holes in the gaskets :o

Remember, to do the rear cam cover, on the V6.
You need to take off the IM, so, you should replace the inlet IM gasket when you put it back

If the rad’s drain tap is leaking,
I think, if you take it out completely, there’s a rubber ‘O’ ring, that forms the seal.
Try, replacing that :idea:

Don’t you mean Cam cover gaskets :?:
The IM gaskets, is a ‘Dry joint’ , there is no oil here.

With the Dizzy, it’s a new ‘O’ ring you need.
You should be able to purchase that locally, from Auto parts shop
