Had Autoglass do mine earlier last year.
Had to wait 6 weeks due to no stock and had made from scratch, but it did come with a brand new oem style surround too :shock:

Shame, will soon be out for its last run to get the LPG kit stripped...

Still no good 🙄
Replaced dizzy, leads, plugs, brand new radiator and thermostat and still circulation problems!

Picked up new pump and can belt kit, so I guess I’ll have to book in to garage now for water pump, just to rule it out .......

If that ain’t it then I’m out of options....

Are the bypass connections right?
Engine with cross through it is usually alternator/battery related...

Changed the stat today tho and tested it first, was opening fine.....

No visible leaks, or evidence off....
Take rad cap off after running a bit and blows all water out like a geyser
