Personally I use 10-40 semi synthetic. Pretty sure this is the recommended for 16v. 8-)

Low speed whilst turning is typical of CV joint. Cheapest I can find on Ebay - 203307633209 Says it is for a 16v - not sure if 24v is the same. :?:

The government web site states that any Ford* from 1992 onwards with the exception of one particular Sierra are ok, however if you then search for Mazda, I think that says 2002 onwards??? * officially imported in to the country So I guess we run our cars based on the government website advice for F...
