Am I right in thinking that if my airbag light sequence is, 1 flash followed by 3 flashes is error code 13?

Mine would open as the petrol station a while ago, a bloke helped me while I pulled the lever he manage to open the flap, Got home and gave the hinge a good dosing of wd40 and no more problem Yep mine was the same just a sticky release. Wanted to top up the probe with some fresh fuel but came to open the fuel flap cover and it doesn’t seem to be popping open?
