Do triple check that the slave cylinder IS pushing the clutch push rod , etc, properly before doing the big job.
Done that, it was the first thing I look at :)

Jan took our 24v out to do shopping on Wednesday, while I was away in Scotland working. Well, she came back in a RAC van, as the car was recovered back. Yes,

Apply load of WD40 the day before.
Need to us a breaker bar, & a good fitting socket.

Quicker to cut the ‘drop-link’ off than try & undo it ( unless new)
