Re: Door lock light
That doesn't sound right.I thought the idea was to pull the handle to illuminate the lock so you can see where to put the key in the dark.Mine you have to find the lock unlock open the door and then the light comes on

Door lock light
Ford Probe 2.0
I have changed the door lock light on the driver's side but it only illuminates when the handle is fully pulled. I want to check the micro switch. Is this located within the door handle.

Re: Water ingestion service kit
No there is no extra excluder The only difference is the new one has two extra holes for fitting two extra fitting clips for which you have to drill new holes. I think Il keep it as a bit of probe history.

Water ingestion service kit
Hi
I recently purchase a ford service kit no F42Z 17756A water ingestion kit for 93 94 probe.
This replaces the original seal plate.Does anyone know what this does as the replacement looks the same as the original.
Thanks

Rear Cross Member
Ford Probe 2.0 16v
Should the rear Cross Member have two plastic covers in the middle where the lateral arms connect to the crossmember.
If so would anyone have a spare set for sale
