Ah yes, a smear of Denso on the windscreen..............is for life. Wonderful stuff. Coincidence , the original Japanese cambelts are............ DENSO. I'll go further than that! A smear of Denso tape on your fingers is for life too! Its a bugger to remove. I found a naked flame worked best!

Watering can, a bit of Fluorine dye and a UV light source should be enough to see whether it is the windscreen or sunroof / drain leaking. Water in the head-lining is a worry. Got a serious leak I'm afraid. Its either the windscreen or the sunroof, but the sunroof drains freely so I'm going for the screen mastic seal. I was watching car SOS today and they were doing an AC Aceca 1953 I think. It had a dodgy rear window so they had one custom made at a company called Plastic4Performance in Bolton.
I would be a very expensive option if you got one made that way, however.... Screens are getting hard to find...

CPS problems wont cut a running engine. Dizzy, or immobiliser if an earlier car.

I've known your pain. Guarantee you its the CPS connector, sensor itself or wiring. In my case the wiring was cut by the crank pulley.
