It went with a BANG!
While trying to start 16v that had stood for a bit. It back fired through the air box :o. So much so, it blew the top off, & damage the MAF :!: Plus set fire to the air filter :x It didn't help because I had sprayed some brake cleaner in the intake. Check the adjustment on the rear callipers, action of the hand brake cable.
Then try and take out any ‘long travel’, on the hand brake lever , with the 10mm nut under the plastic cover on the top.
