Based on what the oracle is saying, I believe that you need to check all of the connections and earth points, but i would disconnect the battery first and leave it for 5 minutes or so, just to be safe, check it all and reconnect the battery

Ah yes. It does have those. Thanks for the link. Is there any way to improve or upgrade the reliability of these dizzys? Is it a certain part that fails? Without looking at one, I am led to think that the switch is all part of the steering wheel stalks, but I could be wrong.

Do you mean the connector for the lights or the motors? Are they probe specific? The common issue is a bad / faulty connector on the back of the lights, it can also have the affect of causing the driving lights to stay on.
