Re: dizzy swap

Others will know more, but I think there's an offset to the dizzy drive dogs that would stop you getting it wrong. So if you take the old one out and fit the new you should be OK. You'd need to set it up by strobe in accordance with the book but it is a fairly straightforward 40 minute job. Sorry B...

Hi all,
Just wondering if it was possible to fit cruise control
To my car? If it’s possible what parts would I need? Or is it too much of a hassle? 🤔
Thanks
Andy k
Think it’s been done before, but all the parts came off a breaker.

Re: front down pipe removal

There is NO difference in the CAT back exhaust System on the 24v between early & last :!:

The CAT is 440mm long

Re: front down pipe removal

Simple way to tell the two types of front pipes to KL 24v engine is

Early - with ‘pre-CAT’. There is no holes for the O2 sensor, the down pipe is shorter

Late type NO ‘pre-CAT’, there will be a treaded hole below the flange on each of the down pipe.
Plus the down pipe is longer.

Re: Indicator stalk

The cruise control buttons are on the air bag

Not on the stalk,

Wiring goes through the clock spring.
