Not being a full member you cant see the diagram of the vac pipes, its worth £10 to see the Oracle and items in the garage. :D

agree not the best place to try and remove the bolt from,
only tried once but couldn`t remove it, but at the time it didn`t matter as i was breaking the car, so that was the only part i left on the car, i know that doesn`t help you but

have you tried heating up the nut ?

Could be the Strut top bearing, they are only thin pieces of plastic the grease between them and when they dry out its makes a clicking noise when turning the wheel, (my daily runner does it) I`ve got the bearing`s but not had time to change them

I use Motorcraft plugs, :D have used NGK`s in the passed and were ok

Like Justin says, its a easy fix,, radiator out, But I did mine from below without managing to remove the radiator, Just remember to undo the locking nut on the belt system,
whole job should take less than 1 hour :D
