I am trying to rebuild the bottom end of a 1995 2.0 16V engine. Does anyone either know the torque settings for the Crankshaft bolts or where i can find out. Thanks in advance.

Now the engineer is saying he doesn't have the time....auughhh. So its a hunt for a new head or complete engine.

The engineer said he can modify some guides that are close, Il let you know how i get off. Cheers lads

they wanted a mazda number, he also said if was the wrong ones it would be on him. He didnt mind supplying parts except for internal parts of the engine. Tried ebay but no luck so far.

Having work done on a 2.0 16v head and having trouble finding valve guides. Any ideas anyone, cheers lads

Thanks to everyone for their advice. After checking all the fuses and relays, making sure all connections were good ( starter was changed about a month ago) someone said check the earthing strap. It seemed ok, secure and without damage, i took it off cleaned it up and its starts!!! Really appreciate...

Hi all, i have a 1995 probe 16V. When i turn the key all the lights come on as they should but there is no power going to the starter motor. I have changed this but it is still the same. All the other electrics in the car works fine. Could it be a starter relay and where is it situated?

Hi all, does anyone have a picture of a safer unit on a 1995 16V Probe? I have a 21 code flashing, thanks.
