Hi all still no joy with the hi idle have removed and cleaned throttle body and iac valve .but the Haynes manual says you remove two screw to get at valve but I had to take off the bottom of throttle body four screws see photos valve moves with hot water and moves back with cold about 5mm movement i...

Hi cleaned throttle body took iac valve off and tried some boiling water in it valve moves and moves back when cold water is poured in moves about 5mm is this about right as have it all back together and still 1200 idle any other ideas as what to do next cheers in advance.

Hi idle goes to around 1000 rpm will take off throttle body and clean it and iac valve.cheers

Hi CPT when in test mode as soon as you move throttle fans come on go off when release throttle .what is involved in cleaning the throttle body do I just spraywith carb cleaner and wipe clean can I use air pressure to blow through parts .

Hi CPT the parts I need are both injection electrical rails and the loom that comes from them all the way into the interior of car (would be willing to take just the two electrical plugs and the rails if you would be willing to cut them off with a length of the loom attached ) cheers

Ok think I will remove the faulty fuse and visit some shops to see if they can help will let u know if I get some fuses .
