1996 2.0 ltr 16v Probe.
Oil leaking from oil pressure switch above oil filter
Fitted a Bosch 0 986 345 001 supplied by local motor factor but although it fits, the oil pressure gauge doesn't work properly - reads midway whether running or not.
So I'm guessing its wrong.
It looks just like a regular on / off switch.
Does anyone have a part number for the correct part please?
A Lucas 3024539 is listed on Ebay for it .....
Thanks.

Late cars that right, all it is a switch.
Early cars have a proper sender, that goes up & with the rev's

A Mazda mx5 (89-97) is a variable sensor and will fit. The gauges are all the same
