Alarm fob

I have a problem , I bought my car a few weeks ago but car only came with 1 key no alarm fob, so I've no way of turning alarm off apart from unlocking door or disconnecting battery earth if alarm goes off but the alarm resets itself if car isn't started so wen you leave doors unlocked for a while and open door alarm goes off so disconnect the earth yet again, can any1 help source me the correct fob and program it to the car, willing pay and I'm in North West non of the local key guys can help due to age of the car or so they say

There was never a ‘fob’, for the OME alarm :shock:

Is there an ‘aftermarket’ alarm in the engine bay / under the dashboard :?:

Try, disconnect the cable to the bonnet latch :idea:

No aftermarket alarm could of come with a key with buttons I don't know but I need find out so I can Hurn this bloody alarm off, was there buttons on the key originally for keyless entry?

As said pull the plug off the bottom of the bonnet catch and will stop the audible alarm
from keep on going off

No OME keyless entry on car in the UK.
Was done as an ‘aftermarket’ by some people
