NSF indicator issue

On my way home yesterday I noticed that the NSF indicators ( side repeater and front indicator ) stopped working.
I have checked both bulbs and put a meter on the circuit to see if I was getting any voltage, but nothing.
If you look at the attached diagram you will see a common point which is described as Interior Fuse Panel, but not an actual fuse?
The rear indicator works, so my thinking is that it must be an issue at this common point.
My question is where is this common point if it’s not a fuse?

I did test the positive feed with a meter straight to the negative and f the battery with the indicator going, but nothing

Problem resolved, either by luck or intervention?
I pinpointed the Interior Fuse Panel plug to C1, which is at the back of the interior fuse panel strangely enough  , I gave it a bit of a waggle and all's good (for now)

Simple things are always the fixes
My suggest, would have been the earth connections

I agree it’s a possibility, but in this case I tested the 12v coming to the lights with a meter between the supply and the negative terminal on the battery which bypasses the earth terminal.
