Hydraulic lifters/lash adjusters

Got a 95 M plate v6 on 54,000 miles and one or two lifters are sticking on the rear bank....don't think the previous owner was on top of the oil change regime and tried lifter treatment which bettered them but didnt cure them. Looking at replacing the lot, can anyone confirm if these from the states will fit? There's a not ref bore diameter but unsure of that extends to UK cars....any help would be greatly appreciated...
