Re: Itbs?

I don’t believe they do them, I would say ask on a USA based group, however I don’t believe they had the 16v out there in a Probe ( but I could be wrong)

Re: Transponder ring

Do these fit any temic system/ key ? as noticed there's a few different number on the back of the ignition lock units I would say that the transponder ring is independent of the ignition barrel / lock, all they do is detect the chip in the key and send a signal to the black Temic box, which in turn...

Re: Lights on dash - Abs and Airbag issue

You should be able to search for either Mazda MX6 or Mazda 626 GE (also known as the MK IV) sensors on Ebay. Also with the rears I think, you can buy either and just change over the bracket so it fits correctly.

If you do search for Ford Probe, then make sure it looks the same.

Thankyou so much! That's exactly what I needed. Turns out all the connectors and clockspring are good, it's the airbag module itself.
You might have fun trying to get a module as you can’t post them.

Much appreciated. Do they have better diagrams than the ones available on the forum? They're helpful but don't show every connector and there are a few abbreviations such as NCA which I have no idea what they mean!
Which diagrams are you referring to on the forum?

Re: Lights on dash - Abs and Airbag issue

These should be separate issues
Do you believe that the sensors and ABS rings are clean or maybe try and clean them all.
If it is possible to move the car a bit more it might help.
As I say you might find that the module is faulty?

Maybe we might have to concentrate on the ABS, then AirBag

Re: Lights on dash - Abs and Airbag issue

I have just watched your video on Facebook and you have the following codes
11, 12, & 14 which all point to wheel sensors.
Have you actually driven the car since putting everything back?

The other problem might be that the ABA module has been damaged some how

Re: Lights on dash - Abs and Airbag issue

You can send a video to my email, which you will see on my profile

You have access to the Oracle, you have to look on there and it explains what to do. Your flashes will be either long or short

You also need to check all the connections as mentioned

Re: Lights on dash - Abs and Airbag issue

Can you double check your airbag lights, as 4 long flashes assuming they are long doesn’t register as a fault code. I would check the connections to the front sensor, remove the battery terminal and leaving it for a few minutes before you pull the plug apart and back in again. As for the ABS, you mi...
